Join CKB for a great circuit workout! This is a FREE outdoor event in Thompson's Station IN & AROUND the Homestead Manor Barn! This is an AT YOUR PACE self-guided circuit workout...CKB will be there to prep you! Bring a set of weights-any size, your own air pods/music, water & a towel!
